Ceramic pulley protection systems achieve enormous lifetime. Hanse pulley protection laggings consist of a highly industrial A2O3-studded protection profile, which is connected with an optional shock-absorbing and flexible rubber backing layer (hot vulcanised).The ceramic laggings produce significantly better friction coefficients on heavily soiled, wet and muddy drums
The advantage of this coating is that it combines the elasticity of rubber of rubber with the high hardness of ceramic.
