Hanse Chemie GmbH has significantly expanded its product range with the sale of high-quality and extremely cost-effective vibratory finishing equipment. Vibratory finishing is a process for the surface finishing of workpieces, mostly metallic parts, but also plastic molded parts, e.g. from die or cast production series. The workpieces are refined to their desired surface quality in a rotating or oscillating container in conjunction with grinding or polishing media and an additive (compound).
Completing to high-performance ceramics and Hardfacing more particularly abrasion-resistant materials and composite technologies have been proven in practice, offering in many cases as material for their own use. This are, for example, repair mortars, high-end materials or special adhesive bonds with mineral additives for trowel applications, spray coatings and thick film preservations.
